Rules for our Operations

Herein we present for review the Policies and Procedures by which this organization operates.

  • We are a volunteer organization; therefore, no Board member, Committee Member or Member will be paid for their contributions or time given to the organization.

  • Member expenses to physically attend opportunities to advocate for Crime Victims are only paid if submitted after prior authorization by the Finance Committee and Board of Directors.

  • We will publicly post our financial statements as required by applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.

  • Our Mission statement: To provide protection and support for crime victims, addressing inequities in the criminal justice system and working to level the playing field for crime victims throughout the criminal justice process in Texas.
