Our Platform
These are the principles that guide our decisions on our direction and the battles we choose to fight.
- We are about securing, supporting and ensuring Crime Victims Rights - and by being so oriented we are also supporting Public Safety and the essential rights for Crime Victims.
- We will use our voices to support relevant State and Local Legislation, Political Candidacies, and other organizations with perfectly parallel resolve.
- We will use the truth (always backed by documentation from authoritative sources) to educate the Public and those in governmental positions about the impact of events, legislation, rulings and other impactful actions.
- We will oppose any political official or judge who disregards Victim Rights or makes decisions that negatively impacts Public Safety. We will provide objective summaries of these negative decisions - available to the Public - to help guide better public decisions during election cycles.
- Our membership will be open to any and all who hold parallel beliefs to ours. All requests for membership will be reviewed by our Membership Committee and Board of Directors.
- Our Fundraising and fiscal policies (Fundraising Page) will be geared to direct the best use of graciously donated funds to the effort to level the playing field for Crime Victims Rights. This is a volunteer organization and as such no officer or member will be paid for services rendered. All expenses incurred in the Organization's efforts will be documented and paid only after review by the Finance Committee.
- Complete Financial details of the Organization's' activities will be reported as required by law.
